We are not able to diagnose, troubleshoot, or repair over the phone. We are able to answer questions about previous work done and offer a small amount of advice. The diagnosis and repairs need to be done either on site or at our office.

This is the live support tool that can be used after hours. The availability of support depends on whether a technician is available for chat or not.

Pay Your Bill Online

Did you want to pay your bill online? We can do that! While our credit terminal is being setup you may use the "Pay Now" button to the right. If you don't know how much you owe, please contact customer support. We can email, fax, or mail you a copy of your receipt.
