Some machines may be slower than others either by design or due to problems. Why should you pay extra money per hour just because your computer is slow? That's right. You shouldn't, it's totally not fair. This is why we have pioneered a basic cost system to do the job. While our repairs may be complicated, our prices certainly aren't. Computer Set Up Did you just pick up a computer and are baffled by a labyrinth of cables, connectors, and CD's? Let us take the agony out of that by setting up the computer for you. Not only will we run the wires but we will also install your printer, webcam, scanner, or digital camera to make sure you are going to get going fast.	$40	-	$40
Routine Maintenance Just like your car, you wouldn't run without regular maintenance? Well consider this the tune-up for your PC! This will involve cleaning up temporary and unused files on your computer, a filesystem check, disk defragmentation, and the most important of all: UPDATES! Yes, keeping your computer's operating system, antivirus, and antimalware software is crucial to keeping your computer running in peak form. The Complete Package Is the only thing your computer does is roll over and play dead? Do you have major viruses? Does your computer start to work and then completely bomb out? Well how about the complete package in repairs. This is the one stop shop to get your computer back running like a well oiled machine. The Clean Start Sometimes you just need a fresh start, sometimes so does your computer. With a fresh start, your computer will be erased and a fresh clean operating system installed. This can also be an upgrade from an older operating system to something newer and sleeker.	$80	$80	$100
Miscellaneous Services Per Hour If we can do something for you that doesn't fit into any of these categories, we charge a simple and low hourly fee. This can range from advice to helping you shop for the right equipment or other, non directly computer related technical gadgets. To better serve our customers, if the cost per hour is lower than the package deal, we will charge by the hour instead! WOW! Saving money rocks!	$20	-	$40
Managed Antivirus Solution What's that? Someone can manage and monitor my computer for viruses so I don't have to?! YES! What happens is that you install our managed client software that will take the place of your regular software and offer real-time antivirus, antispyware, and firewall solutions. The software that we use is the same software used by major corporations with tens of thousands of workstations. Talk about reliability and dependability! We also support the software as well. Ask us to tell you more, it's simply amazing. This is available as a courtesy service for new and existing clients only. 1 Most of our prices have changed to better serve you, our beloved customers. We also travel to client homes to either pick-up/drop-off client computers, meet with you to pick them off to offset transportation costs, or do on site work. We prefer to pick-up computers and return to the shop so we don't take up much of your time in your house. We know your time is valuable too and you don't always have time to sit around and wait for your computer to be finished. We will gladly operating within an hour driving distance around the Madison, WI area, which does include Madison and surrounding immediate areas, Lodi, Sauk, Portage, Baraboo, Edgerton, Janesville, and more! Just give us a call! 2 In order for online or remote assistance to work, you will need a working internet connection and download our pcAnywhere client. Along with the installation of remote control software, you may have to configure your router and/or firewall must be setup to allow so the software may work. If your computer is broken to the point that you have limited or no internet connectivity, this can not be done. 3 Online / Remote service is only available for software only. Hardware can not be remotely installed. 4 The prices shown are labor only and do not include the cost of any hardware or software. 5 Please have your operating system restore CDs available if you have them. We will make an attempt to use your original software licenses otherwise you will be responsible for the cost of the operating system license. 6 Pick-up/Drop Off service is available based on location. 7 Please note that any items left with us longer than 14 days without prior arrangements will become part of our inventory and will be liquidated to recover any costs. This is a very rare event but we need to display this disclaimer. 8 Our managed antivirus solution should not have any privacy concerns. We get daily reports of infected files on clients machines but we have no way of accessing the contents of the files, only the infected status and the status of the client software itself. We can also offer customized security/monitoring policies based on your needs if you desire. Just ask us for more information!
